Introducing:
The Framingham
Pediatrics Patient Portal
In our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of care
that Framingham Pediatrics provides its patients, we are offering a new
and exciting way to communicate with us using your computer. You now
have the option of setting up a personalized web site that connects you to us. It is called, The Patient Portal.
We hope you take the opportunity to try out this new link to your medical home here at
Framingham Pediatrics.
Below is a list of just some of the exciting features
currently available in the Patient Portal. We plan to add additional
features in the near future. All you need to do is provide us with a
current email address and
let us give you a username and temporary password (you can change if
you like). There is no
obligation to use this new system and, as always, we will remain
available to you by phone during office hours and by our answering
service after hours. Some of the current features include:
- Secure email with your doctor (for non-urgent
issues)
- Receive e-mail blasts from our office on
important medical topics
- List of upcoming appointments
- Appointment reminders
- Request a referral
- View current and old statements
- Request a medication refill
Since this is a new feature at Framingham Pediatrics,
we welcome your feedback.
Call our office today and ask to be
enrolled, or send us an e-mail with a username and temporary password
of your choosing. You can change your password on your own after
enrollment.
