REFERRAL TELEPHONE LINE
In order to make it easier for our patients and their families to obtain insurance referrals from our office, we have begun a new referral telephone line. Parents can call (508) 879-1226 24 hours a day, seven days a week and leave a recorded message for our office staff requesting a referral. Messages will be checked twice a day during the week, and referrals will be completed in the timely fashion that our families have become accustomed to. We hope that use of this new line will free up our regular office lines for families calling with medical problems that need our attention.
When calling the referral line, please be sure to leave the following information:
- Child's full name with spelling
- Child's date of birth
- Your name and contact telephone number
- Child's primary care doctor
- Insurance carrier
- Full name, address and phone number of specialist
- Reason for the visit
- Date of the appointment
