Dr. McCabe started her pediatrics career in San Francisco working as a hospitalist and urgent care provider at UCSF. She then worked briefly in Boston as a primary care pediatrician at Pediatric Associates of Wellesley before moving to Seattle in 2013. For the past 12 years, Dr. McCabe has been a primary care pediatrician and the Pediatric Section Head at Virginia Mason University Village. She is excited to be returning to the Boston area with her family to join Framingham Pediatrics!

I have been a general pediatrician for the past 20+ years. I love caring for children of all ages and enjoy supporting parents as they manage parenting challenges. I enjoy the variety in pediatrics and find developing long term relationships with patients and their families especially rewarding.
